Dear Temple Member,

I am writing to you as the manager of Beth Hillel

It has been a year now and we are doing well, but can certainly use donations to our food concession and volunteers to help us run our game.

• First, let me explain what we in need for donations:
  16 ounce bottles of water
  Cases of canned coke, diet coke, sprite, orange, root beer and
  seltzer (except for the coke we will take any brand)
  Small bags of any kind of chips
  And any kind of baked goods because they sell like hot cakes.

• Second, let me tell you what kind of volunteers we need.
  Bingo paper sellers,
  Bingo callers, (easy to learn)
  Admission ticket sellers,
  Treasurers
  And food sellers - (Hamburgers, hot dogs, pretzels, pizza, desserts and drinks).

All of the money we make from bingo and food sales go to the Temple General fund and help us to make up shortfalls. Please won't you help? We have many of you who have signed up and many who have taken the summer off.
