From the Rabbis Study March 2010
Many have asked me about the string trick for Passover. Perhaps you can add it to your seder repertoire.
The string trick itself is call "Mouse," and is found halfway down this website:

May you have a happy Passover!
B’shalom,
Rabbi G.
This is what you say as you do the trick:
We’ve been enslaved for 400 years.
During the first 100 years, we weren’t allowed to enjoy the fruit of our labors.
During the second hundred years, we weren’t allowed to pray to our God.
During the third hundred years, we weren’t allowed to tell the stories of our people.
During the last hundred years, we lost our sense of hope.
But, I will bring you out from the burden of Egyptian redeeming you with mighty acts
You shall be my treasured people and I shall be your God
I shall bring you into your promised land.
And you shall be free.
